Revoking a Proclamation Defining the Middle Line of

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 11th day of
November 1960, published in Gazette, 24 November 1960,
No. 78, at page 1844, defining the middle line of a railway
in Blocks X, XI, and XII, Wakamarina Survey District, viz,
a portion of the Nelson -South Island Main Trunk Railway
( Canvastown-Havelock Section).
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 21st day of March 1961.

Revoking Part of a Proclamation Setting Apart Land Held
for Better Utilisation for a Portion of the Wellington-
Napier Railway (Lower Hutt Valley Duplication) in
Block IV, Belmont Survey District

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 17th day of July
1959, published in Gazette, 23 July 1959, Vol. II, page 983,
and registered as No. 438325, Wellington Land Registry,
setting apart land held for better utilisation for a portion of
the Wellington-Napier Railway (Lower Hutt Valley Dupli-
cation) in Block IV, Belmont Survey District, in so far as it
affects the land described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 2 acres 2 roods 5 perches
situated in Block IV, Belmont Survey District, Wellington
R.D., being part Section 82, Hutt District; as the same is
more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D.
158801 (S.O. 24172) deposited in the office of the Minister
of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange, edged
orange.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 15th day of March 1961.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 18 of the Forests Act 1949, I, Charles
John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New
Zealand, hereby set apart the Crown land described in the
Schedule hereto as permanent State forest land.

SECTION 85, Block VII, Mikimiki Survey District: Area, 513
acres, more or less. Part certificate of title, Volume 608, folio
87; as shown on plan No. 90/14 deposited in the Head Office
of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon
bordered red. (S.O. Plan 24685.)

THE HON. J. R. MARSHALL PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 439 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953,
His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with
the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby
sets apart the freehold land described in the Schedule
hereto as a Maori reservation for the purpose of a building
site for a Maori community centre for the common use and
benefit of the members for the time being of the tribes or
tribal groups of the Te Rahui Tribal Committee Area.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the
Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent
of the Executive Council, and with the consent of the licensee,
hereby revokes the Order in Council dated the 20th day of
October 1948, and published in the Gazette on the 28th day
of the same month at page 1318, authorising James Florence
McAuliffe, of Tutaki, Murchison, farmer, to use water for the
purpose of generating electricity and to erect and use certain
electric lines, the rights, powers, and privileges under the said
Order in Council having been assigned to Dorothy Sydney
McAuliffe, of Tutaki, Murchison, widow.
