PURSUANT to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby consents to the borrowing by the local authorities mentioned in the Schedule hereto by way of loan of the whole or any part of the respective amounts specified in that Schedule.

Boundaries of Inner Area of Auckland Metropolitan Drainage District Altered

THE HON. J. R. MARSHALL PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to the Auckland Metropolitan Drainage Act 1960, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.
ORDER
ON and from the 1st day of April 1961 the boundaries of the Inner Area of the Auckland Metropolitan Drainage District are hereby altered so as to include in the Inner Area the areas described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
ALL that area in the North Auckland Land District, Block IX, Otahuhu Survey District, bounded by a line commencing at the easternmost corner of Lot 1, D.P. 48008, on the southern side of Massey Road, and proceeding south-westerly and westerly generally along the generally southern boundary of the aforesaid lot to its junction with the north-eastern boundary of Lot 1, D.P. 30451; thence north-westerly along that north-eastern boundary and its production across the aforesaid Lot 1, to and north-easterly generally along the southern boundary of part of the Inner Area described in Gazette, 1958, page 868, to and along the southern side of Massey Road to the point of commencement.
Also all that area in the North Auckland Land District in Block IX, Otahuhu Survey District, comprising those portions of Lots 7, 8, and 9 on D.P. 13141 not included in the Inner Area of the Auckland Metropolitan Drainage District as described in Gazette, 1958, page 868.
Also all that area in the North Auckland Land District in Blocks X and XI, Otahuhu Survey District, bounded by a line commencing on the eastern boundary of Papatoetoe Borough, as described in Gazette, 1960, page 1058, at the junction of the production south-easterly of the south-western boundary of part Lot 2, D.P. 20537, contained in certificate of title, Volume 1526, folio 20, with the middle of the Puhinui Stream, and proceeding southerly generally up the middle of the said stream to the junction with the production of the north-eastern side of Druces Road; thence south-easterly along a right line to and along that north-eastern roadside and its production to the south-eastern
side of Kerrs Road; thence south-westerly along the north-western boundary of part Clendons Grant shown on D.P. 23201 and along a right line across a public road, Lot 3, D.P. 23681, and the North Island Main Trunk Railway to the northernmost corner of that part of Lot 12, D.P. 28571, shown in certificate of title, Volume 819, folio 226; thence along the north-western boundary of the aforesaid part Lot 12, to and along the north-western boundary of Lot 8, D.P. 28571, and its production across Roscommon Road to its south-western side; thence north-westerly along that roadside to and along the north-western boundary of Lot 10, D.P. 25968 to its westernmost corner; thence north-westerly along a right line to the easternmost corner of Lot 2, D.P. 45662; thence along the generally north-eastern boundary of that lot to and up the middle of the Puhinui Stream to a point in line with the south-western boundary of Lot 9, Deeds Plan P 36; thence north-westerly along a right line to and along that south-western boundary and the south-western boundaries of Lots 8, 7, 6, and 5, Deeds Plan P 36 and Lot 3, D.P. 36990, and along the southern and south-western boundaries of part Lot 1, Deeds Plan P 36, to its intersection with the southern boundary of Papatoetoe Borough, as described in Gazette, 1960, page 1058; thence easterly generally along the said boundary of Papatoetoe Borough to the point of commencement.
