Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve
PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister
of Lands hereby revokes the reservation for the purpose of a
road reserve over the land described in the Schedule hereto.

Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve Specifying the
Manner of Disposal and How Proceeds of Sale Shall be
Utilised
PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister
of Lands hereby revokes the reservation as a reserve for
plantation purposes over the land described in the Schedule
hereto and further declares that the said land may be disposed
of by the Christchurch City Council in such manner, at such
price, and on such terms and conditions as the Council shall
determine, the proceeds from any such sale to be paid into the
Council’s reserves account, such moneys to be used and applied
in or towards the improvement of other public reserves under
the control of the Council or in or towards the purchase of
other land for public reserves.

Change of the Purpose of a Reserve to Recreation Purposes
and Addition of the Reserve to the W. Douglas Lysnar
Domain
PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister
of Lands hereby changes the purpose of the reserve described
in the Schedule hereto from a reserve for a site for a public
band rotunda to a reserve for recreation purposes and further
declares the said reserve to be a public domain, subject to the
provisions of Part III of the said Act, to form part of the
W. Douglas Lysnar Domain to be administered as a public
domain by the Domain Board.

PURSUANT to the Land Act 1948, the Minister of Lands hereby

reserve for recreation purposes and further, pursuant to the
Reserves and Domains Act 1953, declares the said reserve to
be a public domain, subject to the provisions of Part III of
the last-mentioned Act, to form part of the Marfell Beach
Domain to be administered as a public domain by the
Domain Board.
