Crown Land Set Apart for State Housing Purposes in the City
of Auckland

COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described
in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for State housing
purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take
effect on and after the 6th day of March 1961.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL those pieces of Crown land containing 3 acres and 32·8
perches situated in Block XVI, Waitemata Survey District,
City of Auckland, Auckland R.D., and being Lots 60 and 66,
D.P. 38267. Formerly parts certificates of title, Volume 1116,
folio 119, Volume 243, folio 22, and Volume 702, folio 262,
Auckland Land Registry.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 25th day of February 1961.

also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and
after the 6th day of March 1961.

hereby set apart, subject to the building-line restriction im-
posed by Order in Council S. 146170, Auckland Land Registry,
for buildings of the General Government; and I also declare
that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the
6th day of March 1961.
