Crown Land Set Apart for Railway Purposes at Frankton Arm

COBHAM, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for railway purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 6th day of March 1961.


SCHEDULE

OTAGO LAND DISTRICT

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart:

A. R. P. Being
0 0 13·4 Part Section 25, Block XXI, Shotover Survey District.

Situated in Lake County. (S.O. 12934.)

As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 17146 deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington, and thereon coloured sepia.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 22nd day of February 1961.

Additional Land at Port Chalmers Upper Taken for the Purposes of the Waitaki-Bluff Railway

COBHAM, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of the Waitaki-Bluff Railway.


SCHEDULE

OTAGO LAND DISTRICT

ALL that parcel of land containing 30 perches, more or less, being Lot 5 on Deeds Plan No. 36, being part Section 6, Block I, Lower Harbour West Survey District, and being all the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 260, folio 27, limited as to parcels and title. (Otago Registry.)

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 22nd day of February 1961.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for better utilisation; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 6th day of March 1961.


SCHEDULE

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of Crown land containing 10 acres 3 roods 34 perches, situated in Blocks X and XIV, Tiffin Survey District, Wellington R.D., being Taratahi 391c 1d 2; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.L. 3535 deposited in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 25th day of February 1961.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for teachers’ residences; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 6th day of March 1961.


SCHEDULE

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL those pieces of Crown land situated in the Town District of Murupara, described as follows:

A. R. P. Being
0 1 18·1 Lots 3 and 4, D.P. S. 4889, being part Section 59, Block XIII, Galatea Survey District.
0 0 34·5 Lot 158, D.P. S. 4890, being part Sections 59 and 64, Block XIII, Galatea Survey District.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 25th day of February 1961.
