A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the interest in the land described in the Schedule hereto, held by the New Zealand Insurance Co. Ltd. as administrator of the estate of Emma Regina Farquhar, under and by virtue of deferred payment licence, Volume 1047, folio 258, is hereby taken for a university; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 27th day of February 1961.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the leasehold estate in the land described in the Schedule hereto, held by Margaret Jane Clarkson Wilson, wife of Robert Newton Wilson, of New Plymouth, public accountant, and Ailsa Grahame Uren, wife of Martyn Uren, of Auckland, solicitor, under and by virtue of Lease No. 251, Auckland Land Registry, for a term commencing 28 November 1878 and ending on 27 November 1977, is hereby taken for a university; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 27th day of February 1961.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the leasehold estate in the land described in the Schedule hereto, held by Arthur Henry Churton, of Auckland, solicitor, as executor in the estate of Elizabeth Coats, deceased, under and by virtue of lease No. 144, Auckland Land Registry, for a term commencing 2 May 1876 and ending 1 May 1975, is hereby taken for a university; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 27th day of February 1961.
