BOUNDARIES OF ORAKAU RIDING
All that area in the South Auckland Land District situated in the Waipa County bounded by a line commencing at the confluence of the Puniu River and the Ruapaha Stream in Block VI, Puniu Survey District, and proceeding up the middle of that stream to the southern boundary of the Borough of
Te Awamutu as hereinbefore described and north-easterly generally along the southern and eastern boundaries of that borough to and up the middle of the Mangahoi Stream to a point in line with the eastern boundary of Section 6, Block IX, Maungatautari Survey District; thence northerly along a right line to and along the eastern boundary of that Section 6, the eastern boundary of Section 5, Block IX, aforesaid, along a right line across a public road to and along the eastern boundaries of Sections 11, 5, and 3, Block V, Maungatautari Survey District, and the southern and eastern boundaries of part Lot 4, D.P. 12622, to its easternmost corner; thence along a right line across Maru Road to and along the southern and eastern boundaries of Maungatautari 3A 5A 1 and the eastern boundary of Maungatautari 3A 5A 8 to its intersection with the boundary of the Waipa County, in Block II, Maungatautari Survey District; thence south-easterly and westerly generally along the boundary of the said county as hereinbefore described to and down the middle of the Puniu River to the point of commencement.
