of Lands hereby appoints

The Royal New Zealand Society for the Health of Women
and Children (Takapuna Branch) Incorporated

to control and manage the reserve described in the Schedule
hereto, subject to the provisions of the said Act, as a reserve
for a site for Plunket rooms.

PURSUANT to the Control of Prices Act 1947, the Minister of
Industries and Commerce hereby gives the following notice:

1. This notice may be cited as the Control of Prices
   (Positive List) Notice 1957, Amendment No. 27, and shall be
   read together with and deemed to be part of the Control of
   Prices (Positive List) Notice 1957* (hereinafter referred to
   as the principal notice).

2. This notice shall come into force on the 23rd day of
   December 1960.

3. The principal notice shall cease to apply in respect of the
   services set out in the Schedule hereto.

4. The principal notice is hereby consequentially amended
   by omitting from the Schedule thereto all references to the
   services referred to in the Schedule in respect of which,
   pursuant to clause 3 hereof, the principal notice no longer
   applies.

PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1949, the Minister of Transport hereby gives notice as follows:

1. That Warrant under section 3 of the Motor Vehicles
   Amendment Act 1936, dated the 8th day of September 1949,*
   which relates to roads in Kaikoura Township in Kaikoura
   County is hereby revoked.

2. The roads specified in the First Schedule hereto are hereby
   declared to be closely populated localities for the purposes of
   section 36 of the Transport Act 1949.

3. The road specified in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby
   declared to be a limited speed zone for the purposes of the
   Traffic Regulations 1956†.
