Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 439 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby sets apart the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto as a Maori reservation for the purpose of a marae for the common use and benefit of the Ngaitatua, Ngatirere, Ngatiraka, and Te Whakatane hapus and other Maoris living in the district.

Appointment
Flying Officer David Lloyd Finn (77296) is granted a permanent commission in the General Duties Branch, Regular Air Force, with his present rank and seniority, with effect from 16 August 1960.

Extension of Date of Retirement
The age for retirement of Squadron Leader Morgan Brownson Edwards, o.b.e., p.s.a. (78669), is extended for a further period of one year, with effect from 14 December 1960.
