ALL that piece of road containing 17·7 perches situated in Block III, Kumeu Survey District, Auckland R.D., and adjoining Railway land in Proclamation No. 745; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 1445 (S.O. 42277) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 14th day of December 1960.

COBHAM, Governor-General A PROCLAMATION PURSUANT to section 421 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto, and comprised in a roadway laid out by the Maori Land Court by an order dated the 7th day of April 1954, to be street.

Revoking in Part a Proclamation Defining the Middle Line of a Road in Blocks III, VI, and VII, Rotoiti Survey District, and Block XV, Maketu Survey District, viz Deviations of the Te Ngae - Paengaroa State Highway
COBHAM, Governor-General A PROCLAMATION PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 26th day of May 1938, and published in Gazette, 2 June 1938, Volume II, page 1284, defining the middle line of a road in Blocks III, VI, and VII, Rotoiti Survey District, and Block XV, Maketu Survey District, in so far as it affects the land described in the Schedule hereto.

Setting Apart Maori Freehold Land as a Maori Reservation COBHAM, Governor-General ORDER IN COUNCIL At the Government House at Wellington this 21st day of December 1960 Present: HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL PURSUANT to section 439 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby sets apart the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto as a Maori reservation for the purpose of a burial ground.

Setting Apart Maori Freehold Lands as Maori Reservations COBHAM, Governor-General ORDER IN COUNCIL At the Government House at Wellington this 21st day of December 1960 Present: HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL PURSUANT to section 439 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby sets apart the Maori freehold lands described in the Schedule hereto as Maori reservations for the purposes of meeting house sites and maraes for the common use and benefit of the hapus of the Ngati Tuwharetoa tribe set out opposite each block respectively.
