Pursuant to the Transport Act 1949, the Minister of Transport hereby gives notice that the road specified in the Schedule hereto is hereby declared to be a limited speed zone for the purposes of the Traffic Regulations 1956.*

SITUATED within Stratford County at Toko Township—
The Stratford-Ohura Main Highway (from a point 22 chains west of its junction with the Toko Main Highway to a point 18 chains measured in an easterly direction along the Stratford-Ohura Main Highway from the said junction).

Pursuant to the Transport Act 1949, the Minister of Transport hereby gives notice as follows:

The road specified in the First Schedule to this notice is hereby declared to be a closely populated locality for the purposes of section 36 of the Transport Act 1949.

The road specified in the Second Schedule to this notice is hereby declared to be a limited speed zone for the purposes of the Traffic Regulations 1956.*

The Henderson-Kumeu via Swanson Main Highway (from its junction with Candia Road to the junction of Knox Road with the said main highway).

The Henderson-Kumeu via Swanson Main Highway (from its junction with Ranui Station Road to the junction of Birdwood Road with the said main highway).

Order No. 1 (1960) of the Trade Practices and Prices Commission
In the matter of the Trade Practices Act 1958 and in the matter of an inquiry into an agreement or arrangement between members of the New Zealand Council of Registered Hairdressers in respect of male hairdressing charges.
WHEREAS the Trade Practices and Prices Commission has, pursuant to section 18 of the Trade Practices Act 1958, conducted an inquiry into an agreement or arrangement between members of the New Zealand Council of Registered Hairdressers in respect of male hairdressing charges:
And whereas the Trade Practices and Prices Commission is of opinion that the said agreement or arrangement is a trade practice which is contrary to the public interest:
Now, therefore, the Trade Practices and Prices Commission, pursuant to section 19 of the Trade Practices Act 1958, hereby orders the members of the New Zealand Council of Registered Hairdressers to discontinue the said agreement or arrangement; and further, orders the members of the said Council not to revive or renew the said agreement or arrangement or to enter into any other agreement or arrangement of substantially the same nature or to repeat in any form the said trade practice.
