Stopping Government Road in Block V, Hunua Survey District

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 149 of the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as stopped the Government road described in the Schedule hereto, that road being no longer required.

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT
ALL those pieces of road situated in Block V, Hunua Survey District, Wellington R.D., described as follows:

1 0 7·8 Being road by Proclamation No. 6203, being formerly part Section 10; coloured blue, edged blue, on plan.
0 0 13·9 Being road by Proclamation No. 5820, being formerly part Section 12; coloured sepia, edged sepia, on plan.
1 1 1 Adjoining or passing through Sections 10, 11, and 12; coloured green on plan.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 153353 (S.O. 23612) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Revoking Part of a Proclamation Setting Apart Land Held for Better Utilisation, Subject as to Part to Certain Rights, for State Housing Purposes in Blocks I and V, Belmont Survey District

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 10th day of December 1959, published in the Gazette, 17 December 1959, No. 78, page 1911, and registered in the Land Registry Office at Wellington as No. 450734, setting apart land held for better utilisation, subject as to part to certain rights, for State housing purposes in Blocks I and V, Belmont Survey District, in so far as it affects the land described in the Schedule hereto.

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 2 acres 3 roods 3·66 perches, situated in Block I, Belmont Survey District, Wellington R.D., being parts Kenepuru 1A. Balance certificate of title, Volume 438, folio 197, Wellington Land Registry.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 18 of the Forests Act 1949, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby set apart the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto as permanent State forest land.

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT—WELLINGTON CONSERVANCY
SECTION 25, Block IV, Mikimiki Survey District, Mauriceville County: Area, 380 acres 1 rood, more or less. Part certificate of title, Volume 29A, folio 81. Shown on plan No. 90/12 deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red. (S.O. Plan 24350.)

SECTION 82, Block I, Wakamarina Survey District, situated in Marlborough County: Area, 1 acre 1 rood 15 perches, more or less. As shown on plan No. 104/54 deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red. (S.O. Plan 4435.)

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for railway purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 22nd day of February 1960.

WESTLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 1 rood 32·9 perches, situated in Block IV, Cobden Survey District, and being Lots 9 and 10, D.P. 1086, being part Section 123A, Square 119. Formerly part certificate of title, Volume 56, folio 217, Westland Registry.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928 and the Government Railways Act 1949, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for railway purposes.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land set apart: 2 roods 10·2 perches.
Being part Section 17, Block IX, Town of Allanton.
Situated in Taieri County. (S.O. 12770.)
In the Otago Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 16386 deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
