A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a secondary school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 22nd day of February 1960.

Easement Over Land Taken for the Purposes of a Public School in the Borough of Masterton
COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that an easement is hereby taken for the purposes of a public school over the land described in the Schedule hereto, vesting in Her Majesty the Queen full and free right, liberty, licence, and authority in perpetuity to lay, construct, place, reconstruct, inspect, cleanse, repair, renew, and maintain a line of pipes along, under, or over the said land, and to use the said line of pipes for the unimpeded conveyance of storm water, such easement to be appurtenant to the land described in the First and Second Schedules of the Proclamation dated the 11th day of October 1954, published in Gazette, 14 October 1954, Volume III, page 1616, and registered as No. 5167, Wellington Land Registry, and the Schedule of the Proclamation dated the 22nd day of January 1955, published in Gazette, 27 January 1955, Volume I, page 57, and registered as No. 5242, Wellington Land Registry; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 22nd day of February 1960.

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 20·81 perches, situated in the Borough of Masterton, Wellington R.D., being part Lot 9, Deeds Plan 2A, being part Section 43, Manaia Block; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 161055 (S.O. 24566) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.
