A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 22nd day of February 1960.

GISBORNE LAND DISTRICT

ALL those pieces of land situated in the City of Gisborne, Gisborne R.D., described as follows:

Being

A. R. P.

2 2 0 North Western Moiety of Lot 18, D.P. 484, and being part Kaiti 265, Block VII, Turanganui Survey District. All certificate of title, Volume 44, folio 76.

2 2 0 South Eastern Moiety of Lot 18, D.P. 484, and being part Kaiti 265, Block VII, Turanganui Survey District. All certificate of title, Volume 44, Volume 77.

ALL that piece of land containing 30·9 perches, situated in the City of Gisborne, Gisborne R.D., and being part Lot 2, D.P. 1855, being parts Kaiti 265 and 286 Blocks, Block VII, Turanganui Survey District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 161110 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.
