Survey District; thence westerly generally along the generally northern boundary of Manaia Riding as hereinbefore described to the southernmost corner of Lot 22, D.P. 4396, in Block V, Whangarei Survey District; thence northerly generally along the eastern boundary of the Borough of Whangarei as hereinbefore described, to and along the eastern boundary of Kamo Town District as described in Gazette, 1929, page 385, to the middle of the Waitaua River in Block VII, Purua Survey District; thence easterly and northerly generally down the middle of the Waitaua River and up the middle of the Mangakino Stream to a point in line with the eastern boundary of Kahakaharoa 2 Block; thence northerly generally along a right line to and along that eastern boundary and that boundary produced to and down the middle of the Mangahahuru Stream to a point in line with the north-eastern boundary of Allotment N.E. 67, Hikurangi Parish, in Block I, Whangarei Survey District; thence north-westerly along a right line to and along that north-eastern boundary the eastern end of a public road, the north-eastern boundaries of Allotment S.E. 50 and N.E. 50, the north-eastern end of a public road, the north-eastern boundaries of Allotments N.E. 49, 136, and N.E. 39, all the aforesaid allotments being of Hikurangi Parish, crossing the intervening public road and Valley Road to the point of commencement.

BOUNDARIES OF MAUNU RIDING

All that area in the County of Whangarei bounded by a line commencing at a point on the boundary of the Borough of Whangarei as hereinbefore described, being the easternmost corner of Allotment S. 77, Whangarei Parish, in Block XII, Purua Survey District, and proceeding southerly generally along the boundary of the Borough of Whangarei aforesaid to the south-western corner of Raumunga 2 Block, shown on L.T. 998A; thence still southerly generally along the north-western boundary of another part of Raumunga 2 Block, along the north-western and south-western boundaries of Lot 7, D.P. 13347, to and along the north-western boundary of Ruarangi Block to its westernmost corner; thence south-westerly generally along a right line to the northernmost corner of Otara A 1 Block in Block XVI, Purua Survey District; thence along the generally western boundary of the aforesaid A 1 Block and that boundary produced to and up the middle of the Otaika Stream, to and down the middle of the Otakaranga Stream, to and westerly generally along the northern side of a public road forming the northern boundaries of Allotments 86, 85, 84, and 83, Maungatapere Parish, to the southernmost corner of Allotment 75, Maungatapere Parish aforesaid; thence along a right line across the said road to and along the north-western boundary of the said Allotment 83, the north-western boundary of part Allotment 104 to the south-eastern corner of Allotment 183 in Block XV, Purua Survey District, all the aforesaid allotments being of Maungatapere Parish; thence south-westerly along a right line to and along the north-western boundary of Allotment 107 of the said parish to its westernmost corner; thence along another right line to and along the north-western boundary of Allotment 136, Maungatapere Parish, to and north-westerly along the northern end of a public road, along the north-eastern boundaries of Allotments N. 120 and M. 113 and the north-eastern and northern boundaries of Allotment N. 113, all the aforesaid allotments being of Maungakaramea Parish, and the last-mentioned boundary produced to the middle of the Waionepu River; thence down the middle of that river and down the middle of the Waiotama River to the boundary of the County of Whangarei in Block II, Tangihua Survey District; thence north-westerly generally along that county boundary as hereinbefore described to and up the middle of the Wairua River, up the middle of the Mangere River, and up the middle of the Patuwairua Stream to a point in line with the south-western boundary of Allotment 19, Kaitara Parish, in Block VI, Purua Survey District; thence south-easterly generally along a right line to and along that south-western boundary, the southern end of a public road, along the south-western boundary of Allotment 18, along a right line across a public road, to and along the north-eastern boundary of Lot 3, D.P. 489, to its easternmost corner in Block XI, Purua Survey District; thence along a right line to the south-western corner of Allotment 37, all the aforesaid allotments being of Kaitara Parish, and along another right line to the westernmost corner of Allotment N.W. 55, Whangarei Parish, in Block XII, Purua Survey District; thence still south-easterly generally along the south-western boundaries of the said Allotment N.W. 55, Allotments S.E. 55 and 52, along the southern end of a public road, along the south-western boundary of Allotment 76, along the southern end of another public road, and along the south-western boundary of Allotment 73, along the southern end of another public road, and along the southern boundary of Allotment S. 77 to the point of commencement, all the aforesaid allotments being of Whangarei Parish.

BOUNDARIES OF MAUNGAKARAMEA RIDING

All that area in the County of Whangarei bounded by a line commencing at a point in Block XVI, Purua Survey District, on the boundary of the Borough of Whangarei, being the south-western corner of part Raumunga 2 Block, shown on L.T. 998A, and proceeding easterly generally along the boundary of the Borough of Whangarei as hereinbefore described to and southerly generally along the shore of the Whangarei Harbour and up the middle of the Mangapai River and up the middle of the Paneiraira Creek to a point in line with the north-western boundary of Allotment 2A, Mangapai Parish, in Block IX, Tangihua Survey District;

thence south-westerly along a right line to and along the said north-western boundary, along the north-western boundary of part Allotment 2, Mangapai Parish, crossing the intervening North Auckland Railway, along a right line across Ormandy Road, to and along the north-western boundaries of parts Allotment 3 of the aforesaid parish and along a right line, being the last-mentioned boundary produced, to the middle of the Tauraroa River; thence down the middle of the said river to the boundary of the Whangarei County as hereinbefore described; thence north-westerly generally along the boundary of the said county, to and north-easterly generally along the boundary of Maunu Riding as hereinbefore described to the point of commencement, and including therein Matakohe or Limestone Island in Whangarei Harbour.

Wholesalers’ Licences Under the Sales Tax Act 1932–33 Granted, Surrendered, or Revoked

PURSUANT to the Sales Tax Act 1932–33, the Comptroller of Customs hereby gives notice that licences to act as wholesalers have been granted to the licensees mentioned in the First Schedule hereto, and that licences to act as wholesalers granted to the licensees mentioned in the Second Schedule hereto have been surrendered or revoked.
