Valley Road, and along that side of the said road to a point

thence along a right line across the said Whau Valley Road,
to and along the eastern boundaries of that part Lot 3, and
Lots 2 and 1, D.P. 26375 aforementioned, to the northernmost
corner of the last-mentioned lot, and along another right

easterly generally along the south-western boundaries of that

a point in line with the north-western boundary of Lot 1,
D.P. 35576; thence along a right line across Kamo Road,
to and along that boundary and the north-western boundary
of Lot 3, D.P. 35576, along a right line across the North
Auckland Railway to and along the northern boundaries of
Lots 385, 319, 383, 382, 381, 380, and 379, the north-western
and north-eastern boundaries of Lot 376, the north-western
boundaries of part Allotment 2, Whangarei Parish, shown on
D.P. 551 (private cemetery), Lots 375, 374, 373, 372, 371,
370, 369, 368, 367, and 366, all the aforesaid lots being of
D.P. 46371, part Lot 1, D.P. 21219, Lots 359, 358, and 357,
D.P. 46371, and Lot 442, D.P. 46703, to and down the middle
of the Otangarei Stream to the westernmost corner of Lot 1,
D.P. 41018, the point of commencement.

BOUNDARIES OF COUNTY OF WHANGAREI

All that area in the North Auckland Land District bounded
by a line commencing at the junction of the northern boundary
of Whangaroa-Ngaiotonga 4F 2 Block with the sea coast in
Block VIII, Russell Survey District, and proceeding southerly
generally along the sea coast to a point in Block I, Mangawhai
Survey District, in line with the north-western boundary of
Allotment 309, Waipu Parish, at Bream Tail; thence westerly
generally along a right line to and along that north-western
boundary and that boundary produced across Waipu Road,
to and along the generally northern boundary of part
Allotment 351, Waipu Parish, and the generally north-eastern
and south-western boundaries of Lot 1, D.P. 45587, to and
along the generally western boundary of part Allotment 351
aforesaid, and along the northern boundaries of Allotments
336 and 337A, crossing an intervening public road, and along
the northern boundary of Allotment 541, all the aforesaid
allotments being of the said Waipu Parish, to and along the
northern boundary of Section 1, Block XI, Waipu Survey
District, crossing an intervening public road, along the north-
western boundary of part Section 5, Block X, Waipu Survey
District, and along a right line, being the southern end of the
last-mentioned boundary produced, across a public road to its
south-eastern side; thence along the south-eastern side of the
road forming the north-western boundaries of part Section 5,
Sections 4 and 3A, and part Section 3, all of the said Block
X, to the junction with the eastern side of another public
road; thence along a right line across those public roads to
and along the northern and north-western boundaries of
Section 2 of the said Block X, crossing an intervening public
road, to the middle of the Piroa Stream; thence down the
middle of the said stream to a point in Block V, Waipu
Survey District, in line with the eastern boundary of Allotment
137, Wairau Parish; thence north-westerly generally along a
right line to and along that eastern boundary, along the
eastern boundary of Allotment 136 of the said parish, and
along a right line, being the last-mentioned boundary pro-
duced, across a public road to its northern side; thence along
the northern side of the said road which forms the northern
boundaries of Allotments 136, N.W. 126, 121, N.E. 120,
S.W. 120, N.E. 118, S.W. 118, N.E. 116, and S.W. 116 to
and along the generally south-western boundaries of Sections
4 and 3, Block IV, Waipu Survey District, to the westernmost
corner of the last-mentioned section; thence northerly generally
along a right line to the southernmost corner of Section 6,

Block I, Waipu Survey District; thence along the eastern side
of the public road, forming the generally eastern boundaries
of Allotments 305, 306, and 307, Mareretu Parish, and the
western boundary of Section 1, of the said Block I, to a
point in line with the north-eastern boundary of Allotment
N.E. 87, Mareretu Parish, in Block XVI, Tangihua Survey
District; thence along a right line across a public road to
and along that north-eastern boundary and the north-
eastern boundaries of Lots 2 and 1, D.P. 26076, to the
northernmost corner of the last-mentioned lot, crossing the
intervening public road; thence south-westerly along the
north-western boundaries of the said Lot 1, D.P. 26076,
Allotments 374, 373, Crown land, Allotments 78A, 77A, 76A,
Crown land, Allotments 54, 370, 389, part 47, and 348, crossing
the intervening Harrisons Road, another public road, and the
North Auckland Railway, all the aforesaid allotments being
of Mareretu Parish, along the northern end of a public
road, along the north-western boundaries of Lot 3, D.P.
11290, Allotments 268 and 28, the north-western side of a
public road which forms the north-western boundary of Lot
1, D.P. 12434, the north-western boundary of Allotment 18A,
the north-western end of a public road, the north-western
boundaries of Allotments 3, 2, and 1, and the last-mentioned
boundary produced to the middle of the Manganui River in
Block II, Matakohe Survey District, crossing the intervening
three public roads, all the aforesaid allotments being of
Mareretu Parish; thence down the middle of that river to and
up the middle of the Tauraroa River to a point in line with
the eastern boundary of Lot 44, L.T. 8548, in Block X,
Tangihua Survey District; thence northerly generally along
a right line to and along that eastern boundary, crossing the
intervening Tauraroa River Road, to and along the eastern
boundaries of Blocks VII and I, Tangihua Survey District, and
along the northern boundary of part Section 24, Section 21,
and another part of Section 24, all the aforesaid sections being
of the said Block I, to and along the eastern and north-
eastern boundaries of part Tangihua 1A Block, along the
generally eastern boundary of Section 8, Block IV, Maungaru
Survey District, and that boundary produced across Childs
Road to its northern side; thence westerly along the northern
side of the said road to and along the south-eastern boundary
of part Section 6, Block IV, Maungaru Survey District, and
along a right line, being the production of the last-mentioned
boundary, to the middle of the Waiotama River; thence down
the middle of that river to a point in line with the eastern
boundary of Section 4 of the said Block IV; thence along a
right line across a public road to and along the eastern and
northern boundaries of the said Section 4, along the eastern
and northern boundaries of Section 1, Block IV, aforesaid,
along the northern end of a public road, along another part of
Section 1 aforesaid, along the northern end of another public
road and its production to the middle of the Wairua River;
thence down the middle of the said Wairua River to and up
the middle of the Mangakahia River to a point in line with
the south-eastern end of a public road forming the eastern
boundary of Section 8, Block XV, Mangakahia Survey
District; thence westerly generally along a right line to and
along the south-eastern end of the said road, along the north-
eastern boundaries of the parts Maungaru Block shown on
D.P. 3997 and D.P. 7966, crossing an intervening public road,
to the westernmost corner of Section 13, Block XIV,
Mangakahia Survey District; thence along the northern
boundary of that section, along a right line across Kerekope-
pene Road to and along the northern boundary of Section 24,
along the eastern boundaries of Sections 26 and 25, to and
along the generally northern boundary of Section 2 of the
said Block XIV, crossing intervening public roads, to and
along the south-western boundaries of Sections 43 and 39,
and the southern and south-western boundaries of Section 8A,
all of Block X, Mangakahia Survey District, to and along the
north-eastern and north-western boundaries of Lot 12, D.P.
12413, along a right line, being the last-mentioned boundary
produced, across Karaka Road to and along the north-eastern
and north-western boundaries of Lot 10, D.P. 12413 aforesaid,
to and along the north-eastern boundary of Lot 25, Deeds
Plan W. 55, along the south-eastern, north-eastern, and north-
western boundaries of the northern part of Lot 24, D.P.
12413 aforesaid, to and along the north-western boundary of

right line across a public road to and along the north-
western boundary of Lot 5, on the said Deeds Plan W. 55,

the northern boundary of the said Lot 2, and along a right
line, being the production of that boundary, to the western
boundary of Section 9 of the said Block XII; thence southerly
along that western boundary along a right line, being that
boundary produced, across a public road, to and along the
northern boundary of Section 9 and the northern and north-
western boundaries of Section 10, both of Block XI, Tutamoe
Survey District, to and along the generally south-western
boundaries of Sections 11 and 19, Block XI aforesaid, and
the southern and western boundaries of Lot 1, D.P. 36334, to
