Land, and an Easement Over Land, Taken for a Public School in Block II, Kaihu Survey District

COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a public school, and that an easement is hereby taken for the purposes of a public school over the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, vesting in Her Majesty the Queen the full and free right, liberty, licence, and authority in perpetuity to lay, construct, place, reconstruct, inspect, cleanse, repair, renew, and maintain a line of pipes under, along, and across the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, and to use the said line of pipes for the unimpeded conveyance of storm water, such easement to be held appurtenant to the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 19th day of December 1960.

FIRST SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 7 acres 1 rood 18·4 perches situated in Block II, Kaihu Survey District, Auckland R.D., and being part Opanake 1c South 6 Block; coloured yellow on plan.

SECOND SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 1 perch situated in Block II, Kaihu Survey District, Auckland R.D., and being part Opanake 1c South 6 Block; coloured yellow, edged yellow, on plan.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 688 (S.O. 41743) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 6th day of December 1960.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for buildings of the General Government; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 19th day of December 1960.

SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 1 rood 30·3 perches situated in Block V, Waiheke Survey District, Auckland R.D., and being Lot 84, D.P. 11378, being part Allotment 56, Waiheke Parish. All certificate of title, Volume 292, folio 26, Auckland Land Registry.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 6th day of December 1960.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a post office; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 19th day of December 1960.

SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 1·8 perches situated in Block IV, Titirangi Survey District, Borough of Mount Roskill, Auckland R.D., and being part Lot 1, D.P. 41873, being part Allotment 92, Titirangi Parish; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 1700 (S.O. 42411) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

ALL that piece of land containing 16 perches, situated in Block XVI, Waitemata Survey District, City of Auckland, Auckland R.D., and being Lot 2 of Section 9 of the subdivision of Allotments 13 and 14 of Section 7, Suburbs of Auckland. All certificate of title, Volume 34, folio 151, Auckland Land Registry.
