Declaring Land to be Crown Land

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 265 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land and to be subject to the Land Act 1948.

SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL those pieces of land containing 95 acres and 0·6 perches, more or less, being the lands known as Whaiti Kuranui 2d 4, Sections 12A, 13B 2A, 13A 1, 15C 1, 15D 1, 15E, 18A, and 19C 1, situated in Blocks IV and VIII, Patetere North Survey District. (M.L. Plans 18190 and 18444.)

Crown Land Set Apart for a Microwave Radio Repeater Station in Block VI, Otanake Survey District

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a microwave radio repeater station; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 19th day of December 1960.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL those pieces of Crown land situated in Block VI, Otanake Survey District, Auckland R.D., described as follows:

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 401 (S.O. 40338) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

ALL that piece of land containing 20·2 perches situated in Block VIII, Rangitoto Survey District, City of Auckland, Auckland R.D., and being Lot 18, D.P. 27319. All certificate of title, Volume 981, folio 291, Auckland Land Registry.
