SCHEDULE

CLAUSE TO BE SUBSTITUTED FOR CLAUSE 43 OF THE STANDARD SCHEME

  1. From time to time as may be necessary the Board shall appoint a Secretary, and shall appoint him or some other person with authority to receive money on the Board's account. The Board shall forthwith inform the Minister of every such appointment. Where the Principal is appointed Secretary of the Board he shall not receive any additional remuneration in respect of that appointment.

The Rotorua Borough Bylaws Order 1958, Amendment No. 2

PURSUANT to section 8 of the Rotorua Borough Act 1922, the Department of Tourist and Health Resorts hereby makes the following order.

ORDER

  1. (1) This order may be cited as the Rotorua Borough Bylaws Order 1958, Amendment No. 2, and shall be read together with and deemed part of the Rotorua Borough Bylaws Order 1958* (hereinafter referred to as the principal order).

(2) This order shall come into force on the 1st day of January 1961.

  1. The principal order is hereby amended by omitting from subparagraph (a) of paragraph (ii) of section A of the Schedule referred to in that order the words “an alternative method of heating is connected to the cylinder and”.

Given under the common seal of the Department of Tourist and Health Resorts, as incorporated under the Rotorua Town Act 1907 and the Rotorua Borough Act 1922, and under the hand of the Minister in Charge of Tourist and Health Resorts this 6th day of December 1960.

Approval of Testing Officers Under the Motor Drivers Regulations 1940

PURSUANT to regulation 5 of the Motor Drivers Regulations 1940, the Minister of Transport hereby approves of the person named in column 2 of the Schedule hereunder being testing officer under the said regulations for the authority specified in column 1 of the said Schedule.

Approval of Testing Officers Under the Motor Drivers Regulations 1940

PURSUANT to regulation 5 of the Motor Drivers Regulations 1940, the Minister of Transport hereby approves of the person named in column 2 of the Schedule hereunder being testing officer under the said regulations for the authority specified in column 1 of the said Schedule.

Infected Area Declared Under the Citrus Canker Regulations 1952 (Notice No. Ag. 7170)

PURSUANT to the Citrus Canker Regulations 1952, notice is hereby given that the piece of land described in the Schedule hereto has been declared to be an infected area for the purposes of the said regulations.

SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of land containing 36 perches, more or less, being part Mangawhare Block on D.P. 13728.

Infected Area Declared Under the Citrus Canker Regulations 1962 (Notice No. Ag. 7172)

PURSUANT to the Citrus Canker Regulations 1952, notice is hereby given that the piece of land described in the Schedule hereto has been declared to be an infected area for the purposes of the said regulations.

SCHEDULE

FIRSTLY: All that piece of land being Lot 2 on D.P. 9362 of 72 of Section 1, Pukekohe Suburbs.

Secondly: All those pieces of land being Lots 1, 3, 8, and part Lot 7 on D.P. 9362 of 72, Section 1, Pukekohe Suburbs.

Unclaimed Property—Notice of Election by the Public Trustee to Become Manager Under Public Trust Office Act 1957, Part V

WHEREAS, after due inquiry, it is not known where the owner of the property described in the Schedule hereto is or whether he is alive or dead; and whereas the gross value of the said property (as estimated by the Public Trustee) does not exceed £2,000 and, for the purposes of subsection (2) of section 80 of the Public Trust Office Act 1957, the Public Trustee is satisfied that it is advisable that he should become the manager of the said property. Now, therefore, the Public Trustee, in exercise of the authority conferred upon him by the said subsection (2), hereby elects to be manager of the said property under Part V of the said Act.

The registered proprietor of the one-fifth share is James William Henry Hackett, of Kirwee, blacksmith.
