Vesting Reserves in the Manakau County Council

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby vests the reserves described in the Schedule hereto in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Manukau, in trust, for recreation purposes.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

Lot 1, D.P. 47455, being part northern portion Orere and Taupo Blocks, situated in Block VI, Wairoa Survey District: Area, 1 acre 2 roods 10 perches, more or less. All certificate of title, Volume 1812, folio 52, together with drainage easements appurtenant thereto created in and by transfers No. 477849 and 477851.

Vesting Reserves in the Franklin County Council

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby vests the reserves described in the Schedule hereto in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Franklin, in trust, for the purposes specified at the end of the respective descriptions of the said reserves.

Cancellation of the Vesting in the Rodney County Council and Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby cancels the vesting in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Rodney and revokes the reservation for a site for a public hall over the land described in the Schedule hereto.

Licensing Philip Theodore Nielsen to Use and Occupy a Part of the Foreshore at Port Hutt, Chatham Islands, as a Site for a Slipway

Pursuant to the Harbours Act 1950, the Minister of Marine hereby licenses and permits Philip Theodore Nielsen, of Owenga, Chatham Islands (hereinafter called the licensee, which term shall include his administrators, executors, or assigns, unless the context requires a different construction), to use and occupy a part of the foreshore and bed of the sea at Port Hutt, Chatham Islands, as shown on plan marked M.D. 4718 and deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington, for the purpose of maintaining thereon a slipway as shown on the said plan, such licence to be held and enjoyed by the licensee upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE

CONDITIONS

1. This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regulations 1960, and the provisions of those regulations shall, as far as applicable, apply hereto.

2. The premium payable by the licensee shall be five pounds (£5) and the annual sum so payable three pounds (£3).

3. The term of the licence shall be 14 years from the 1st day of November 1960.

Declaring Land Acquired for a Government Work to be Crown Land, Subject as to Parts to Certain Rights

Pursuant to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land for the purposes of the Land Act 1948 as from the 12th day of December 1960, subject to the fencing agreement contained in memorandum of transfer No. 646541 and subject as to Lots 1, 7, and 8 to the building-line restriction contained in K. 70226, Auckland Land Registry.
