Revoking Part of a Proclamation Defining the Middle Line
of a Further Portion of the Wellington-Napier Railway
(Lower Hutt Valley Duplication)

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 11th day of August 1925, published in Gazette, 13 August 1925, Vol. II, page 2409, and registered as No. 1544, Wellington Land Registry, defining the middle line of a further portion of the Wellington-Napier Railway (Lower Hutt Valley Duplication) in so far as it affects the land described in the Schedule hereto.

ALL those pieces of land situated in the City of Lower Hutt, Wellington R.D., described as follows:

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of the North Auckland Railway.

the Rosebank Section of the Avondale - Pollen Island
Railway in Block III, Titirangi Survey District

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 7th day of February 1952 and published in the Gazette of that year at page 200, and deposited in the Land Registry Office at Auckland as No. 20539, in so far as it affects that portion of Lot 56, D.P. 3626 (part C.T. 340/15), Auckland Registry, being part Allotment 5, Titirangi Parish.
Situated in Block III, Titirangi Survey District, City of Auckland.
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 16973 deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington and thereon coloured orange, edged orange.
