PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 13th day of September 1960, and published in Gazette, 22 September 1960, No. 60, page 1460, taking land for the development of water power (Lake Taupo and the Waikato River Power Scheme) in Block X, Ngongotaha Survey District, and Block III, Tatu Survey District, in so far as it affects the area of 3 acres 3 roods 16·2 perches lastly described in the Schedule thereto, and hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the development of water power (Lake Taupo and the Waikato River Power Scheme).
