PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 5th day of December 1960.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a public school, and that an easement is hereby taken for the purposes of a public school over the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, vesting in Her Majesty the Queen the full and free right, liberty, licence, and authority in perpetuity to lay, construct, place, reconstruct, inspect, cleanse, repair, renew, and maintain a line of pipes under, along, and across the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, and to use the said line of pipes for the unimpeded conveyance of water, such easement to be held appurtenant to the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 5th day of December 1960.
