1. This order may be cited as the Counties Insurance Empowering Order 1960.
2. Consent is hereby given to the exercise by the New Zealand Counties Cooperative Insurance Company Limited of such of the powers conferred by paragraph (c) of clause 2 of its Memorandum of Association as will enable the company to carry on the business of insurance in respect of the company itself, and in respect of Road Boards, Drainage Boards, Water Supply Boards, River Boards, Rabbit Boards, Domain Boards, Catchment Commissions, the Waikato Valley Authority, an approved organisation under the Hydatids Act 1959 any of the members of which is a County Council, and the New Zealand Counties Association.

Royal Greek Consulate-General in Wellington

His Excellency the Governor-General directs it to be notified that Mr T. E. Y. Seddon, until now Honorary Consul-General of Greece in Wellington, has relinquished his duties. Revocation of Appointment of the Whangamata Domain Board and Appointment of New Board

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby revokes the appointment of the Whangamata Domain Board as published in Gazette, 3 March 1955, Vol. I, page 334, and appoints the Thames County Council to be the Whangamata Domain Board to have control of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto, subject to the provisions of the said Act, as a public domain.
