ORDER

This order may be cited as the Waikato Savings Bank Order 1959, Amendment No. 1, and shall be read together with and deemed part of the Waikato Savings Bank Order 1959* (hereinafter referred to as the principal order).

The principal order is hereby amended by revoking clause 11, and substituting the following clause:
“11. Investments—Notwithstanding anything in section 24 of the Act, the Bank may invest any money deposited in the Bank in the following manner only:
“(a) Where the total amount of the money deposited does not exceed £1,000,000, not less than 90 per cent thereof shall be invested in New Zealand Government securities; “(b) Where the total amount of the money so deposited exceeds £1,000,000, not less than £900,000 thereof together with not less than 50 per cent of so much thereof as exceeds £1,000,000 shall be invested in New Zealand Government securities; “(c) Any amount not so invested in New Zealand Government securities (excluding the amount required by section 24 (3) of the Act to be kept immediately available) may be invested in any of the ways specified in section 24 (1) of the Act.” -
The principal order is hereby further amended by revoking clauses 8, 10, 12, and 13.

The Lake Taupo Pollution Control Order 1960

Pursuant to section 61 of the Health Act 1956, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.
ORDER
- This order may be cited as the Lake Taupo Pollution Control Order 1960.
- All those portions of rivers and streams and that portion of Lake Taupo situated within that part of the County of Taupo described in the Schedule hereto are declared to be under the control of the Taupo Borough Council for the purpose of preventing the pollution thereof pursuant to the Health Act 1956.
SCHEDULE
ALL that area in the South Auckland Land District comprising the Borough of Taupo and part of the County of Taupo, bounded by a line commencing at Rangatira Point on the northern shore of Lake Taupo and proceeding westerly along that shore to Grid line 490 East; thence northerly along that Grid line to Grid Reference 490350; thence north-easterly along a right line to Grid Reference 530390; thence easterly along Grid line 390 North to the left bank of the Waikato River; thence north-easterly along that bank to a point due west of the middle of the mouth of the Otumuheke Stream; thence easterly to and along the northern boundary and southerly along the eastern boundary of the Borough of Taupo as described in Gazette, 1953, Vol. III, page 1476, to the northern side of No. 5 Highway (Tirau-Napier via Rotorua and Taupo); thence southerly along a right line to the easternmost corner of Lot 89, D.P. 33323; thence south-westerly along a right line to Grid Reference 550320; thence westerly along Grid line 320 North to the eastern shore of Lake Taupo; thence westerly along a right line across that lake to the point of commencement.

Declaring Mangere Airport Development Scheme to be a Work of Importance and Urgency

The Raglan Cemetery Order 1960

Pursuant to the Cemeteries Act 1908, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.
ORDER
- (1) This order may be cited as the Raglan Cemetery Order 1960.
(2) This order shall come into force on the 1st day of January 1961. - The Raglan County Council is hereby appointed to be the trustee of the Raglan Cemetery, being the area described in the Schedule hereto, and shall have the control and management of that cemetery under and for the purposes of the Cemeteries Act 1908.
- (1) The delegation to the Raglan County Council of the powers of appointing and removing trustees of the said cemetery made by the Raglan Cemetery Order 1953 is hereby revoked.
(2) The Raglan Cemetery Order 1953 is hereby revoked.
SCHEDULE
ALL that area situated in Block 1, Karioi Survey District, South Auckland Land District, containing 2 acres and 16 perches, more or less, being Lots 6 and 7 of Section 13, Town of Raglan.
