Public Reserve Taken for the Purposes of the Invercargill Licensing Trust Act 1950 in the City of Invercargill

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928 and section 32 of the the Invercargill Licensing Trust Act 1950, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the public reserve described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of the Invercargill Licensing Trust Act 1950, and shall vest in the Invercargill Licensing Trust as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 28th day of November 1960.

SCHEDULE
SOUTHLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 1 rood 15·4 perches situated in Block XIX, Invercargill Hundred, City of Invercargill, being part Section 33, Block I, Town of Seawood Bush; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 1495 (S.O. 6652) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.
