Crown Land Set Apart for Road in Block XVII, Waikari Survey District
COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 28th day of November 1960.
SCHEDULE
CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 1 rood 29·3 perches situated in Block XVII, Waikari Survey District, Canterbury R.D., being part Section 35, Glenmark Settlement; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 1370 (S.O. 9643) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 11th day of November 1960.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 28th day of November 1960.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for sand dune reclamation, is hereby set apart for State forest purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 28th day of November 1960.
SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 17 acres 2 roods 35 perches situated in Block VI, Kumeu Survey District, Auckland R.D., and being part Lot 3, D.P. 2370, being part Ruarangihaerere No. 2 Block; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 184 (S.O. 41949) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 11th day of November 1960.
