Mining Privileges to be Struck off Register
NOTICE is hereby given, in accordance with the provisions of section 188 (3) of the Mining Act 1926, that, unless sufficient cause be shown to the contrary, the mining privileges mentioned in the Schedule hereto will be struck off the Register at the expiration of one month from the date hereof.

Boundaries of Borough of Manurewa Defined
PURSUANT to section 26 of the Municipal Corporations Act 1954, the Secretary for Internal Affairs hereby defines the boundaries of the Borough of Manurewa as set out in the Schedule hereto. This definition amends, and is in substitution for, the definition of the boundaries of that borough appearing in the notice published in Gazette, 4 August 1960, No. 47, page 1058.

BOUNDARIES OF BOROUGH OF MANUREWA
ALL that area in the North Auckland Land District bounded by a line commencing at a point on the southern boundary of Lot 13, D.P. 28571, being part of Clendons Grant in Block X, Otahuhu Survey District, in line with the north-eastern boundary of Lot 50, D.P. 4436, and proceeding north-easterly generally along that southern boundary to the North Island Main Trunk Railway, and along a right line across that railway in the direction of the south-western corner of part Clendons Grant as shown on D.P. 23201, to its north-eastern side; thence south-easterly along that side to a point distant 500 links in a north-westerly direction from, and measured at right-angles to, the north-western side of Browns Road, and again north-easterly along a right line to the north-western corner of part Lot 19, Deeds Plan 527, comprised in certificate of title 871/46; thence along part of the southern boundary of the land taken for school by Gazette, 1953, page 529, and shown on S.O. Plan 37527, along a right line passing through the aforesaid land and through the land taken for school in Gazette, 1956, page 740, and shown on S.O. Plan 13957, the north-western boundary of part Allotment 9, Parish of Papakura, comprised in certificate of title, 756/111, and along a right line being the last-mentioned boundary produced to the south-western side of Coxheads Road; thence north-westerly along that south-western side to and along the south-eastern side of Leabank Road; thence along a right line to and along that south-eastern side to a point in line with the south-western boundary of Lot 4, D.P. 22404; thence along a right line across that road, to and along its northern side, crossing the southern end of Friedlander Road, to and northerly along the eastern boundaries of Lot 32, D.P. 16664, and Lot 2, D.P. 25887, and crossing the intervening public road, to and easterly along the southern side of Weymouth Road, crossing the northern end of Friedlander Road to a point in line with the eastern boundary of Lot 2, D.P. 17343; thence northerly generally to and along the eastern boundary of that Lot 2, the eastern and north-eastern boundaries of Lot 1, D.P. 17343, the north-eastern boundaries of part Lot 34, D.P. 4436, and part Lot 34, D.P. 11872, and the south-eastern boundary of Lot 22, D.P. 4436, to its intersection with a right line parallel to, and 250 links distant from the south-western side of Russell Road; thence north-westerly along that right line, to and along the eastern boundary of part Lot 20, D.P. 4436, along a right line crossing the intervening part of that lot, and again along the eastern and then north-western boundaries of Lot 50, D.P. 4436, and along a right line being the production of the last-mentioned boundary, crossing Browns Road, to the point of commencement.
