Plants Declared Noxious Weeds in County of Waimarino (Notice No. Ag. 7162)

Pursuant to section 3 of the Noxious Weeds Act 1950, the Acting Director-General of Agriculture, acting under a delegation from the Minister of Agriculture for the purposes of the said section, hereby publishes the following special order made by the Waimarino County Council on the 20th day of October 1960.

SPECIAL ORDER

In pursuance and in exercise of the powers vested in it by the Counties Act 1956, the Noxious Weeds Act 1950, the Noxious Weeds Act Extension Order 1960, and by all other Acts so empowering the Waimarino County Council hereby declares, by way of special order, that the following plant described in the Schedule below be declared a noxious weed in the County of Waimarino.
