NELSON LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 21 acres 30 perches situated
in Block III, Kawatiri Survey District, Nelson R.D., being
Sections 1168 and 1169, Town of Westport; coloured orange
on plan M.O.W. 1453. (S.O. 10186.)
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan
marked and coloured as above mentioned and deposited in
the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 9th day of November 1960.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the public reserve described
in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a public school;
and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on
and after the 21st day of November 1960.

ALL that piece of land containing 3 roods 2·1 perches situated
in Block VI, Otahuhu Survey District, Auckland R.D.,
and being Lot 16, D.P. 19985. Formerly part certificate of

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the public reserve de-
scribed in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a police
station; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take
effect on and after the 21st day of November 1960.

ALL those pieces of land situated in Block IX, Town of
Gore, Borough of Gore, Southland R.D., described as follows:

set apart for health purposes; and I also declare that this
Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 21st day of
November 1960.

ALL that piece of land containing 32 perches situated in the
City of Wellington, Wellington R.D., being part Section 654,
Town of Wellington. All the land in Proclamation 3956,
formerly all certificate of title, Volume 403, folio 21, Wel-

Auckland Land Registry, for Maori housing purposes; and
I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and
after the 21st day of November 1960.
