Crown Land Set Apart for State Housing Purposes in the Borough of Oamaru

COBHAM, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 21st day of November 1960.

SCHEDULE

OTAGO LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 25·4 perches situated in Block I, Oamaru Survey District, being Lot 97, D.P. 9551. Part Proclamation No. 7125, Otago Land Registry.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 9th day of November 1960.

COBHAM, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for post office purposes (V.H.F. radio repeater station); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 21st day of November 1960.

SCHEDULE

OTAGO LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 1 rood 21·1 perches situated in Block VIII, Hillend Survey District, Otago R.D., and being closed road adjoining Lot 10, D.P. 1940, being part Section 21; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 211 (S.O. 12826) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 8th day of November 1960.

MARLBOROUGH LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 1 rood situated in the Township of Seddon, Marlborough R.D., being Section 2, Block XVI, Township of Seddon.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 9th day of November 1960.
