THE MINING ACT 1926

NOTICE is hereby given that Harold Percival Aitken, of Dunedin, accountant, will apply, by application No. 62, to the Warden of the Otago Mining District at Cromwell, at 10 a.m., on Wednesday, the 7th day of December 1960, for a license for a water race to divert two heads of water from the Taieri River by a race commencing about 300 yards up-stream of the north-east corner of Section 18, Block X, Strath Taieri S.D., and terminating in Section 17, Block X, Strath Taieri S.D.

Objections must be filed in the office of the Mining Registrar, Cromwell, and notified to applicant, whose address for service is at the office of Brodrick and Parcell, Solicitors, Melmore Street, Cromwell, at least three days before the above-mentioned time of hearing.

(2) Annual volume (including index) bound in buckram, 35s. per volume. (Volumes for years 1936–37 and 1939–42 are out of print.)

(3) Separate regulations as issued.
