Land Taken for Road in the Borough of Ellerslie
COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the
Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare
that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the
14th day of November 1960.
SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
All that piece of land containing 3·41 perches, situated in
Block I, Otahuhu Survey District, Auckland R.D., and being
part Lot 1, D.P. 30865, being part Allotment 17, Section 12,
Suburbs of Auckland; as the same is more particularly delineated
on the plan marked P.W.D. 141382 (S.O. 36215)
deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington,
and thereon coloured yellow.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General,
and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 8th day of November 1960.

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the surface of the land
described in the Schedule hereto, together with the subsoil
above a plane 100 ft below and approximately parallel to
the surface of the said land, is hereby taken for road; and
I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and
after the 14th day of November 1960.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
All those pieces of land situated in Block XIV, Rangiriri
Survey District, Auckland R.D., described as follows:

0 0 4·4 Part Lot 1, D.P. 15542, being part Allotment
149, Pepepe Parish; coloured sepia on plan.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan
marked M.O.W. 1323 (S.O. 40336) deposited in the office
of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured
as above mentioned.

land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken
for the use, convenience, or enjoyment of a road; and I also
declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after
the 14th day of November 1960.

District, Cape Campbell Survey District, described as

marked M.O.W. 1441 (S.O. 4353) deposited in the office of
the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured
as above mentioned.

Schedule hereto is hereby taken for street and shall vest in
the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of
Blenheim as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I
also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and
after the 14th day of November 1960.
SCHEDULE
MARLBOROUGH LAND DISTRICT
All that piece of land containing 20·94 perches, situated in
the Borough of Blenheim, Marlborough R.D., being part
Lots 334 and 371, Section 3 and part Lot 372, Section 1,
Omaka Registration District; as the same is more particularly
delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 159326 (S.O.
4414), deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at
Wellington, and thereon edged red.

Schedule hereto.
