A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 14th day of November 1960.

All those pieces of land situated in the Borough of Raetihi, Wellington R.D., described as follows:

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 14th day of November 1960.

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the leasehold estate in the land first described in the Schedule hereto, held from the Maori Trustee by Neville Lionel Cundy, of Masterton, farm manager, under and by virtue of leasehold certificate of title, Volume 602, folio 5, Wellington Land Registry, the leasehold estate in the land secondly described in the said Schedule, held from the Maori Trustee by Thomas Dick, of Wellington, baker, under and by virtue of memorandum of lease No. 25184, Wellington Land Registry, and the leasehold estate in the land thirdly described in the said Schedule, held from the Maori Trustee by Peter Stunell, of Heretaunga, builder, under and by virtue of leasehold certificate of title, Volume 602, folio 4, Wellington Land Registry, are hereby taken for an institution established under the Child Welfare Act 1925; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 14th day of November 1960.

All that piece of land containing 39·6 perches situated in the Town of Oraka, being Lot 1, D.P., 1022, and being also part Section 56. All certificate of title, Volume 103, folio 275, Southland Land Registry.

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for river control purposes and shall vest in the Hauraki Catchment Board as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 14th day of November 1960.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
All that piece of land containing 4 acres and 5 perches, situated in Block X, Thames Survey District, and Block I, Waihou Survey District, Auckland R.D., being part Lot 1, D.P. 19510, being part Kopuarahi 3A 2E and 3A 2D 2c and 3A 2D 2B Blocks; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 1444 (S.O. 40246) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
