PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as closed the portions of road described in the Schedule hereto.

PURSUANT to section 149 of the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as stopped the Government road described in the Schedule hereto, that road being no longer required.

ALL that piece of road containing 1 acre 3 roods 11 perches situated in Block VI, Takahue Survey District, Auckland R.D., and adjoining or passing through part Section 4 and part Lot 1, D.P. 29566, being part Section 7; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 158987 (S.O. 40415) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 10th day of May 1960 and published in Gazette, 19 May 1960, No. 31, page 639, and deposited in the Land Registry Office at Gisborne as No. 64887, taking land for road in Block I, Haparapara Survey District, in so far as it affects the land described in the Schedule hereto, the land taken being no longer required.

ALL those pieces of land situated in Block I, Haparapara Survey District, Gisborne R.D., described as follows:
