A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land described in the Schedule hereto.

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section 149 of the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as stopped the Government road described in the Schedule hereto, that road being no longer required.

All that piece of road containing 2 acres 3 roods 14·1 perches, situated in Block XVI, Purua Survey District, Auckland R.D., and adjoining part Tauranga-Kotuku Block and Lot 1, D.P. 20389, being part Section 5; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 160858 (S.O. 31863) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

Amending a Proclamation Setting Apart Land as Permanent State Forest Land
COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
Whereas by a Proclamation dated the 24th day of February 1947 and published in Gazette on the 27th day of February 1947, at page 254, hereinafter referred to as the said Proclamation, an area of land in the Marlborough Land District, Marlborough County, containing 537 acres, more or less, being Section 58, Block 1, Wakamarina Survey District, was set apart as permanent State forest land in terms of section 18 of the Forests Act 1921–22:
And whereas an error was made in the Schedule to the said Proclamation and it is desirable that this error be rectified:
Now, therefore, pursuant to section 21 of the Forests Act 1949, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby amend the said Proclamation by omitting the said Schedule, and substituting the Schedule set out in the Schedule hereto in lieu thereof, and I do hereby further declare that this Proclamation shall take effect as from the date on which the said Proclamation was intended to take effect.

Setting Apart Maori Freehold Land as a Maori Reservation

ORDER IN COUNCIL
At the Government House at Wellington this 26th day of January 1960
Present:
His Excellency the Governor-General in Council
Pursuant to section 439 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby sets apart the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto as a Maori reservation for the purpose of a meeting place for the common use and benefit of the members of the Ngati Taranga tribe.
