Land Taken for Road in Block IV, Rangitoto Survey District, and Block V, Oroua Survey District, Oroua County
COBHAM, Governor-General A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 8th day of February 1960.
SCHEDULE WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT
ALL those pieces of land in the Wellington R.D., described as follows:
Situated in Block IV, Rangitoto Survey District:
A. R. P. Being 0 0 22·1 Part Section 4 of Subdivision B, Manchester Block; coloured blue on plan.
Situated in Block V, Oroua Survey District:
A. R. P. Being 0 0 16·9 Part Lot 3, D.P. 1413; coloured sepia on plan. 0 2 3·3 Part Lot 3, D.P. 1413; coloured orange on plan. 0 0 2·5 Part Lot 3, D.P. 1413; coloured orange, edged orange, on plan.
All being parts Section 2 of Subdivision B, Manchester Block.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 160943 (S.O. 24340) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
