Tariff Notice—Application for Approval of the Minister of Customs
NOTICE is hereby given that an application has been made for the classification, by approval of the Minister of Customs, of the under-mentioned goods under item 359 (2) (a) of the Customs Tariff of New Zealand:
Nails—⅜ in. mounting pins of high-grade tempered steel for tacking stereotypes to blocks.
The application will not be dealt with until 17 November 1960 and any person wishing to submit any objection thereto should do so in writing to the Comptroller of Customs, Private Bag, Wellington, on or before 17 November 1960.

Tariff Notice—Application for Approval of the Minister of Customs
NOTICE is hereby given that applications have been made for the classification, by approval of the Minister of Customs, of the under-mentioned goods under item 338 (18) (a) (i) of the Customs Tariff of New Zealand:
(1) Loudspeakers, Duplex concentric, 10 in. and 12 in. diameter.
(2) “Eddystone” type high-grade precision dial mechanisms.
(3) Radio frequency units, permeability tuned.
(4) Valve shields, silver plated.
(5) Loudspeakers, tweeter units.
The applications will not be dealt with until 17 November 1960 and any person wishing to submit any objection thereto should do so in writing to the Comptroller of Customs, Private Bag, Wellington, on or before 17 November 1960.

(The above goods were originally notified in Tariff Notice No. 34, dated 22 September 1960, and amended by Tariff Notice No. 49 of 6 October 1960.)

PURSUANT to the Citrus Canker Regulations 1952, notice is hereby given that the pieces of land described in the Schedule hereto have been declared to be infected areas for the purposes of the said regulations.
