ALL that piece of land containing 8 acres 1 rood 1·2 perches situated in Block VII, Turanganui Survey District, Gisborne R.D., and being Lots 6, 7, 8, and parts Lot 1, 4, 5, D.P. 2307, part Lot 1, D.P. 2308, and part Lot 3, D.P. 1855, being parts of Kaiti 265 and 286 Blocks; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 1306 (S.O. 5182) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.
