ALL that piece of street containing 2·6 perches situated in Block X, Otahuhu Survey District, Borough of Papatoetoe, Auckland R.D., and adjoining Lot 102, D.P. 20144, being part Fairburns Grant No. 269A; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 402 (S.O. 41811) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

Pursuant to subsection (5) of section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land, being closed street, described in the First Schedule hereto to be added to the endowment described in the Second Schedule hereto.

TARANAKI LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of closed street containing 16·3 perches situated in the City of New Plymouth, Taranaki R.D., adjoining or passing through part Section 811, Grey District; Lot 1, D.P. 5653, being part Section 811, Grey District; Lot 5, D.P. 5653, being part Section 811, Grey District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 496 (S.O. 9126) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
SECOND SCHEDULE
TARANAKI LAND DISTRICT
ALL those pieces of land containing together 110 acres 1 rood 25·89 perches (including land dedicated for street by T. 101897) situated in Block IV, Paritutu Survey District, and also as to part in the City of New Plymouth, being part of the land on D.P. 3830, and Lot 5, D.P. 5653, and being part Section 137 on the public map of the Omata District, and part Section 811 and Harbour Reserve L on the public map of the Grey District, together with the islands severally known as Mikotahi, Motumahanga, Koruanga, Waikaranga, Tokotapu, and Tokomapuna, the western boundaries generally of the said land being more particularly shown on a plan deposited in the office of the Chief Surveyor at New Plymouth as No. 7675.
