A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for health purposes (public health nurse’s residence); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 24th day of October 1960.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a teacher’s residence; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 24th day of October 1960.

ALL that piece of Crown land containing 1 rood 1·9 perches situated in Block XII, Uawa Survey District, Gisborne R.D., and being Section 13, Block XII, Town of Tolaga Bay; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 1273 (S.O. 5120) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

ALL that piece of public reserve containing 24 acres 3 roods 38 perches situated in Block X, Christchurch Survey District, Canterbury R.D., being part Reserve 4683; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 1321 (S.O. 9736) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

Part of the land in Proclamation 5932, formerly part certificates of title, Volume 190, folio 139, and Volume 342, folio 71, Wellington Land Registry.
