CORRIGENDA

IN a Proclamation published in Gazette, 1960, No. 56, at page 1305, setting apart Crown land for Railway Purposes, in the Schedule thereto, for the words “being part Lot 27”, read “being Lot 27”.

IN the Order in Council dated the 31st day of August 1960 and published in Gazette, 8 September 1960, No. 57, page 1338, consenting to raising of loans by certain local authorities, for the figures “204,000”, read “204,100”, which last-mentioned figures appear in the Order in Council signed by His Excellency the Governor-General in Council.

Crown Land Set Apart for Road and for the Use, Convenience, or Enjoyment of a Road in Block VII, Cheviot Survey District

COBHAM, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for road, and the Crown land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for the use, convenience, or enjoyment of a road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 24th day of October 1960.

ALL those pieces of land situated in Block VII, Cheviot Survey District, Canterbury R.D., described as follows:

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for buildings of the General Government; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 24th day of October 1960.

SCHEDULE

OTAGO LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 19·5 perches situated in Block XXXVIII, Town of Queenstown, Borough of Queenstown, Otago R.D., being Lot 13, D.P. 9667.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 14th day of October 1960.
