Result of Election Held by the Fire Insurance Companies to Fill the Extraordinary Vacancy on the Fire Board for the North Shore United Urban Fire District

PURSUANT to the provisions of the Fire Services Act 1949,
the Minister of Internal Affairs hereby gives notice of the
following result of the election held on 27 September 1960 by
the insurance companies carrying on business in New Zealand
to fill the extraordinary vacancy on the Fire Board for the
North Shore United Urban Fire District.

Time and Place of Elections by Fire Insurance Companies to Fill Extraordinary Vacancies on the Fire Committees for the Ashburton and Geraldine Urban Fire Districts

PURSUANT to the provisions of the Fire Services Act 1949,
the Minister of Internal Affairs hereby appoints 12 noon on
Tuesday, 11 October 1960, as the time, and the office of the
Canterbury Fire and Accident Underwriters' Association, 137
Hereford Street, Christchurch, as the place, for the holding
of a meeting of representatives of the insurance companies.
carrying on business in New Zealand to elect a member to the
Fire Committees for the Ashburton and Geraldine Urban Fire
Districts.

Classification of Roads in Taranaki County

PURSUANT to regulation 3 of the Heavy Motor Vehicle Regulations 1955,* the Commissioner of Transport hereby revokes the Warrants classifying roads in Taranaki County dated the 25th day of September 1950† and the 17th day of December 1957‡, and hereby approves the Taranaki County Council's proposed variation in the classification of the roads set out in the Schedule hereto.

PURSUANT to section 30 of the Maori Trustee Act 1953, the Maori Trustee hereby gives notice that lists of unclaimed moneys dated 1 July 1960, derived from the Aotea Maori Land Court District, and held by him, have been filed in the office of the Registrar of the Maori Land Court at Whangarei, Auckland, Rotorua, Gisborne, Wanganui, Palmerston North, and Christchurch, and at all suboffices of the Department of Maori Affairs, where the same may be inspected during office hours without payment of a fee.
