thence northerly along the eastern boundary of that part of
Lot 6, D.P. 42849, to and down the right bank of the
Huruhuru Creek and the right bank of the Henderson Creek
and generally easterly along the line of mean high water
of the southern shores of the Waitemata Harbour, to and
southerly along the western boundary of the City West
Tribal Committee Area as hereinbefore described, to and
along the middle of the New North Road, the middle of
Dominion Road and Dominion Road Extension, along the
middle of Ridge Road, to and along the middle of Waikowhai
Road, to and westerly along the line of mean high water of
the northern shores of the Manukau Harbour, and then
northerly along the shores of the Tasman Sea to the point of
commencement.
City East Tribal Committee Area
All that area in the City of Auckland and the Boroughs of
Mount Eden, Mount Roskill, Newmarket, Onehunga, and
One Tree Hill in the North Auckland Land District, bounded
by a line commencing at the westernmost corner of the
Queen's Wharf, and running generally easterly along the line
of mean high water of the southern shores of the Waitemata
Harbour, along the line of mean high water of Hobson Bay
to a point due north of the intersection of the middle of
Shore Road and the middle of Orakei Road; thence along a
right line to and southly along the middle of Orakei Road
aforesaid, along the middle of Ascot Avenue, the middle of
Green Lane East, to and along the middle of Great South
Road, along the middle of Campbell Road, the middle of
Mount Albert Road to the middle of Dominion Road; thence
generally northerly along the eastern boundary of the
Owairaka Tribal Committee Area hereinbefore described,
and along the eastern boundary of the City West Tribal
Committee area hereinbefore described to the point of
commencement.
Orakei Tribal Committee Area
All that area in the City of Auckland in the North Auckland
Land District, bounded by a line commencing at a point being
the intersection of the middle of Shore Road and the middle
of Orakei Road, and running due north along a right line to
and along the line of mean high water of the eastern shores
of Hobson Bay and the southern shores of the Waitemata
Harbour, and up the left bank of the Tamaki River to a
point due east of the southern corner of Lot 84, D.P. 18160,
being part Allotment 17, District of Tamaki; thence due west
and then south-westerly along a right line to and along the
middle of Riddell Road, along the middle of St. Heliers Bay
Road, the middle of St. Johns Road, the middle of Remuera
Road, to and northerly along the middle of Orakei Road,
being the eastern boundary of the City East Tribal Com-
mittee Area hereinbefore described to the point of com-
mencement.
Te Ruapotaka Tribal Committee Area
All that area in the City of Auckland and the Boroughs of
Ellerslie and Otahuhu in the North Auckland Land District,
bounded by a line commencing at a point being the intersec-
tion of the middle of Orakei Road and Remuera Road and
running generally north-easterly along the south-eastern boun-
dary of the Orakei Tribal Committee Area hereinbefore
described, to and southerly up the left bank of the Tamaki
River (crossing the entrance to the Remuera Basin) to the
eastern side of the North Island Main Trunk Railway which
forms the western boundary of Section 11, Block VI, Otahuhu
Survey District; thence northerly along the eastern side of
that railway and the south-eastern side of the Auckland-
Westfield Loop Line to and along the middle of the Great
South Road, the middle of Green Lane East, and the middle
of Ascot Avenue to the point of commencement.
Reweti Tribal Committee Area
All that area in the Waitemata County in the North Auck-
land Land District, bounded by a line commencing at a point
in Block I, Waitakere Survey District, on the shores of the
Tasman Sea, being the middle of the mouth of the Waitakere
River and running northerly along those shores, to and north-
easterly along the southern boundary of the Kaipara Tribal
Committee Area hereinbefore described, to and southerly
along the western boundary of the City West Tribal
Committee Area hereinbefore described to the northern
shores of the Waitemata Harbour; thence along a right
line due south, to and along the line of mean high water of
the southern shores of the Waitemata Harbour, to and up
the left bank of Henderson Creek and up the left bank of the
Huruhuru Creek to the western side of Don Bucks Road;
thence southerly along the roadside to and westerly along the
northern boundary of the Owairaka Tribal Committee Area
hereinbefore described to the point of commencement.
MANUKAU TRIBAL DISTRICT
Onehunga-Mangere Tribal Committee Area
All that area, being part of the Manukau Tribal District,
bounded by a line commencing at a point being the inter-
section of the middle of Campbell Road and Great South
Road and proceeding southerly along the boundary of the
Manukau Tribal District hereinbefore described to its junc-
tion with the middle of Massey Road; thence westerly along
the middle of Massey Road and Ascot Road to the shores
of the Manukau Harbour and northerly and easterly along
the boundary of the Manukau Tribal District hereinbefore
described to the point of commencement.
Tamaki-Makaurau Tribal Committee Area
All that area, being part of the Manukau Tribal District,
bounded by a line commencing at a point in the middle of
Massey Road on the northern boundary of the said tribal
district, and proceeding southerly along the eastern side of the
North Island Main Trunk Railway to a point in line with
the northern boundary of part Clendon's Grant (Blind Institute,
Gazette, 1958, page 5); thence westerly along a right line to
and along the aforesaid boundary and its production to the
middle of Roscommon Road; thence along a right line to the
mouth of the Puhinui River; thence northerly and easterly
along the Manukau Tribal District boundary and the southern
boundary of the Onehunga-Mangere Tribal Committee Area
to the point of commencement.
Manurewa-Papatoetoe Tribal Committee Area
All that area, being part of the Manukau Tribal District,
bounded by a line commencing at a point being the junction
of the North Island Main Trunk Railway and the right bank
of the Tamaki River, and proceeding easterly along the
boundary of the Manukau Tribal District hereinbefore de-
scribed to the intersection of the aforesaid boundary with
the Howick-Maraetai Main Highway on an arm of the
Turanga Creek at Whitford; thence south-westerly along a
right line to the point where the Papakura Stream is crossed
by the North Island Main Trunk Railway; thence down the
middle of the aforesaid stream to the shores of the Manukau
Harbour; thence northerly generally along the boundary of the
Manukau Tribal District and the Tamaki-Makaurau Tribal
Committee Area hereinbefore described to the point of
commencement.
Papakura Tribal Committee Area
All that area, being part of the Manukau Tribal District,
bounded by a line commencing at a point at the intersection
of the Howick-Maraetai Main Highway and the northern
boundary of the said tribal district, and proceeding southerly
and westerly generally along the boundary of the Manukau
Tribal District hereinbefore described to the middle of the
Papakura Stream; thence northerly along the boundary of the
Manurewa-Papatoetoe Tribal Committee Area, hereinbefore
described to the point of commencement.
FRANKLIN TRIBAL DISTRICT
Rere Te Whioi Tribal Committee Area
All that area, being part of the Franklin Tribal District,
bounded by a line commencing at a point on the south head
of the Manukau Harbour, being the intersection of the
eastern boundary of Titirangi Survey District with the mean
high-water spring tide of the aforesaid harbour, and pro-
ceeding southerly generally along the boundary of the Frank-
in Tribal District, hereinbefore described, to and along the
middle of the Waiuku River to its junction with a right line
running between the intersection of Gordon's Road and the
Drury-Waiuku-Awhitu Highway No. 873 and the south-
western corner of Lot 1, D.P. 18680; thence southerly along
that right line to the aforesaid intersection, to and along the
eastern side of the aforesaid main highway No. 873 to and
along the eastern side of the Waiuku-Puniu Main Highway
No. 404, to and along the middle of the Aka-Aka River to
the right bank of the Waikato River; thence westerly and
northerly generally along the boundary of the Franklin Tribal
District hereinbefore described to the point of commence-
ment.
Tahuna Tribal Committee Area
All that area, being part of the Franklin Tribal District,
bounded by a line commencing at the confluence of the
Waiuku and Taihiki Rivers, being a point on the eastern
boundary of the Rere Te Whioi Tribal Committee Area, and
proceeding south-easterly along the middle of the Taihiki
River to its intersection with the middle of the Drury-Waiuku-
Awhitu Main Highway No. 873; thence southerly along a
right line to the north-western boundary of Section 13s,
Puni Settlement; thence southerly along the western boun-
dary of the aforesaid section, to and westerly along the
boundary of the Franklin Tribal District, to and northerly
along the eastern boundary of the Rere Te Whioi Tribal
Committee Area hereinbefore described to the point of com-
mencement.
Pukekohe Tribal Committee Area
All that area, being part of the Franklin Tribal District,
bounded by a line commencing at a point in the middle of
the mouth of the Waiuku River and proceeding easterly,
westerly, and southerly generally along the boundary of the
Franklin Tribal District hereinbefore described, to and north-
erly along the boundary of the Tahuna Tribal Committee
Area, as hereinbefore described to the point of commence-
ment.
POU-O-MANGATAWHIRI TRIBAL DISTRICT
Te Paina Tribal Committee Area
All that area, being part of the Pou-O-Mangatawhiri Tribal
District, bounded by a line commencing at the intersection of
the production of the right line between Trig. Station 1417,
situated in Block VII, Maramarua Survey District, and Trig.
Station 636, situated in Block VI, Opahaheke Survey District,
and the northern boundary of the Pou-O-Mangatawhiri Tribal
District as hereinbefore described, and proceeding southerly
along that right line to the aforesaid Trig. Station 1417, being
a point on the southern boundary of the said district; thence
westerly, northerly, and easterly along the boundary of the
aforesaid district to the point of commencement.
