Bringing Public Reserve Within Operation of Mining Act 1926

COBHAM, Governor-General

PURSUANT to section 25 of the Mining Act 1926, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, do hereby declare that the area of land described in the Schedule hereto shall be brought within the operation of the Mining Act 1926; and do hereby further declare that this notice shall take effect as from the date of the publication thereof in the Gazette.

SCHEDULE

SECTION 225, Block XV, Ohinemuri Survey District: Area, 85 acres 1 rood, more or less, as shown on Survey Office Plan 38142, and thereon edged red.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General this 28th day of September 1960.

PURSUANT to section 16 of the New Zealand Army Act 1950, His Excellency the Governor-General has been pleased to approve of the following appointments, promotions, transfers, resignations, and retirements of officers of the New Zealand Army:
