All that area bounded by a line commencing at the
northernmost corner of Section 3, Block XVI, Otanewainuku Survey District; thence north-westerly along a right
line to a point in the middle of the Ohauiti Stream, in line
with the south-eastern boundary of Kaitemako D Block
in Block XIV, Tauranga Survey District; thence northerly
down the middle of that stream to a point in line with the
north-eastern boundary of Hairini No. 1A Block; thence
north-westerly to and along that boundary and the north-eastern boundaries of the Waitaia Block and the Waitaia
No. 2 Block to the northernmost corner of the last-mentioned
block, being a point on the shore of the Tauranga Harbour;
thence northerly along a right line to a point in the middle of
the Tauranga Harbour on the southern boundary of Block X,
Tauranga Survey District; thence north-easterly and easterly
along the middle of that harbour to the north-western
corner of the Ngapeke Tribal Committee area hereinbefore described; thence southerly and south-easterly along the
western and south-western boundaries of that area to Trig.
Station Otawa; thence westerly along a right line to Trig.
Station Otara in Block V, Maketu Survey District; thence
south-westerly along a right line to the northernmost corner
of Section 3, Block XVI, Otanewainuku Survey District,
being the point of commencement.

passed by the Wendonside Rabbit Board on the 2nd day of
August 1960.

Exempting Agricultural Chemicals from Registration Under
Agricultural Chemicals Act 1959 (Notice No. Ag. 7120)
PURSUANT to section 3 of the Agricultural Chemicals Act 1959,
the Minister of Agriculture, acting on the recommendation of
the Agricultural Chemicals Board, hereby declares that the
provisions of section 12 of the said Act shall not apply to the
following agricultural chemicals:
Ammonium sulphamate (NH₄OSO₂NH₂).
Borax (sodium borate) (sodium tetraborate)
(Na₂B₄O₇. 10 H₂O).
Caustic soda (sodium hydroxide) (NaOH).
Chlorinated lime (bleaching powder) (calcium hypochlorite)
(Ca (ClO)₂.₄H₂O).
Colas Mix and other tar and petroleum derivative wound
dressings.
Copper sulphate (bluestone) (CuSO₄).
Cyanides (salts of hydrocyanic acid, viz, potassium, ammon-ium, and sodium salts).
Formalin.
Kerosene.
Metaldehyde (C₂H₄O)ⁿ.
Molybdenum, chemical compounds of.
Naphthalene (tar camphor) (C₁₀H₈).
Paris green (copper aceto-arsenite)
((CuOAs₂O₃)₃ Cu(C₂H₃O₂)₂).
Sodium chloride (salt) (NaCl).
Sulphate of iron (iron sulphate) (Fe₂ (SO₄)₃).
Sulphur (other than formulated).
Sulphuric acid (H₂SO₄).
Thiocyanates (salts of thiocyanic acid, viz, copper, sulphur,
and iron salts).

Requiring the Registration of Agricultural Chemicals Under the
Agricultural Chemicals Act 1959. (Notice No. Ag. 7119)
PURSUANT to section 26 (2) of the Agricultural Chemicals
Act 1959, the Minister of Agriculture hereby gives notice that
every agricultural chemical which having been lawfully sold
under a name or proprietary brand immediately before 1
April 1960, being the date of commencement of the said Act,
and which is continuing to be sold under that name or brand,
shall, not later than 30 November 1960 be required to be
registered under the said Act.

Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve
Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister
of Lands hereby revokes the reservation as a reserve for a
baseline for survey purposes over the land described in the
Schedule hereto.

Licensing George Leask and Thomas Leask to Use and
Occupy a Part of the Foreshore at Leask's Bay, Halfmoon
Bay, Stewart Island, as a Site for a Slipway
Pursuant to the Harbours Act 1950, the Minister of Marine
hereby licenses and permits George Leask and Thomas Leask
of Halfmoon Bay, Stewart Island (hereinafter called the
licensees, which term shall include their administrators, executors, or assigns, unless the context requires a different construction), to use and occupy a part of the foreshore and bed
of the sea at Leask's Bay, Halfmoon Bay, Stewart Island, as
shown on plan marked M.D. 8446, Sheet No. 2, and deposited
in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington, for the
purpose of maintaining thereon a slipway as shown on the
said plan, such licence to be held and enjoyed by the licensees
upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the
Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
CONDITIONS

  1. This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regulations 1960, and the provisions of those regulations shall, as
    far as applicable, apply hereto.
  2. The premium payable by the licensees shall be two
    pounds (£2) and the annual sum so payable five pounds (£5).
  3. The term of the licence shall be 14 years from the 1st day
    of October 1960.

Declaring Land Acquired for a Government Work and Not
Required for That Purpose to be Crown Land, Subject
as to Parts to Certain Rights
Pursuant to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works hereby declares the land described in the
Schedule hereto to be deemed to have been Crown land for
the purposes of the Land Act 1948 as from the 19th day of
July 1960, subject to the building-line restriction contained in
K. 62676 and to agreement as to fencing contained in
memorandum of transfer No. 612339, Auckland Land Registry,
and subject as to Lot 31 to a drainage easement created by
memorandum of transfer No. 612338, Auckland Land Registry.
