Revoking Part of a Proclamation Defining the Middle Line
of a Further Portion of the Wellington-Napier Railway
(Lower Hutt Valley Duplication)

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 30th day of July 1948, published in Gazette, 5 August 1948, Vol. II, page 975, and registered as No. 3923, Wellington Land Registry, defining the middle line of a further portion of the Wellington-Napier railway (Lower Hutt Valley Duplication) in so far as it affects the land described in the Schedule hereto.

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 30·36 perches situated in Block IV, Belmont Survey District, Wellington R.D., being Lot 22, D.P. 8048, being part Section 178, Hutt District. All certificate of title, Volume 379, folio 180, Wellington Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 13th day of September 1960.

Revoking Part of a Proclamation Defining the Middle Line
of a Motorway

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 24th day of November 1950, published in Gazette, 30 November 1950, Volume III, page 2032, and registered as No. 4272, Wellington Land Registry, defining the middle line of a motorway, in so far as it affects the land described in the Schedule hereto.

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 21·06 perches situated in the City of Wellington, Wellington R.D., being Lot 2, D.P. 20688, being part Section 9A, Paparangi Settlement. Part certificate of title, Volume 529, folio 258, Wellington Land Registry.

Crown Land Set Apart as Provisional State Forest Land

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 18 of the Forests Act 1949, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby set apart the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto as Provisional State forest land.
SCHEDULE
OTAGO LAND DISTRICT—SOUTHLAND CONSERVANCY
ALL that area situated in Lake County and Martins Bay, Humboldt and Humboldtside Survey Districts, containing 12,500 acres, more or less, bounded by a line commencing at Trig. ZO, Martins Bay Survey District, and proceeding approximately 3 chains north-westerly along a right line between Trig. ZO and the south-eastern corner of Section 22, Block II, Martins Bay Survey District, to the western boundary of Run 508; thence generally north-easterly, south-easterly, and northerly along the boundary of that run to the south-western boundary of Run 492; thence generally north-easterly and south-easterly along the bush line to the intersection of the eastern boundary of Run 508 and the south-western boundary of Run 492; thence generally south-westerly along the south-eastern boundary of Run 508 to a right line between Trig. ZO aforesaid and the north-western corner of Run 472; thence north-westerly along that line to the point of commencement. As shown on plan No. 163/4 deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for railway purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 26th day of September 1960.

Allocating Land Taken for Railway Purposes at Colac to the
Purposes of a Road
COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 226 of the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto shall, upon the publication hereof in the Gazette, become a road, and that the road shall be under the control of the Wallace County Council and shall be maintained by the said Council in like manner as other public highways are controlled and maintained by the said Council.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land: 1 acre and 17 perches. Being railway land in Block XI, Longwood Survey District, and Block XVIII, Jacobs River Hundred.
Situated in Wallace County. (S.O. 6626.)
In the Southland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 16583 deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.
