Land Taken for the Development of Water Power (Lake Taupo and the Waikato River Power Scheme) in Block X, Ngongotaha Survey District, and Block III, Tatua Survey District

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the development of water power (Lake Taupo and the Waikato River Power Scheme).

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a main sewer outfall and shall vest in the Hutt Valley Drainage Board as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 26th day of September 1960.

ALL those pieces of land situated in Pencarrow Survey District, Wellington R.D., described as follows:
