Declaring Land to be Crown Land

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 265 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land and to be subject to the Land Act 1948.


SCHEDULE

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 10 acres 3 roods 34 perches, more or less, being the block of land known as Taratahi 391c 1d 2 Block situated in Blocks X and XIV, Tiffin Survey District. (M.L. Plan 3535.)

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a teacher’s residence; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 26th day of September 1960.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 27 perches situated in the Borough of Matamata, being Lot 4, D.P. 33727, being part Section 1, Block II, Tapapa Survey District. All certificate of title, Volume 890, folio 128, Auckland Land Registry.
