NOTICE CONFIRMING REDUCTION OF CAPITAL
In the matter of the Companies Act 1955 and in the matter
of Flexipac Auckland Ltd.
NOTICE is hereby given that the order of the Supreme Court,
dated 11 December 1959, confirming the reduction of capital
of the above-named company from thirty-five thousand pounds
(£35,000) to thirty thousand pounds (£30,000), and the
minute approved by the Court showing with respect to the
capital of the company as altered the several particulars
required by the above statute, was registered by the Registrar
of Companies on Tuesday, the 19th day of January 1959.

NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP

PURSUANT to section 405 (2) of the Companies Act 1955,

company incorporated in Australia, has ceased to have a place
of business in New Zealand and, after expiration of the re-
quired period, the registration of the company will be can-
celled.

TUAKAU BOROUGH COUNCIL
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
Progress Loan 1959, £16,000
PURSUANT to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Tuakau
Borough Council resolves as follows:
“That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on
a loan of sixteen thousand pounds (£16,000) authorised to be
raised by the Tuakau Borough Council under the above-
mentioned Act for the purpose of reconstructing, sealing, and
kerbing various streets, reticulating certain areas with water,
and providing concrete footpaths to certain areas within the
Tuakau Borough, the said Tuakau Borough Council hereby
makes a special rate of 2·027 pence in the pound (£) upon
the rateable value of all rateable property within the Borough
of Tuakau; and that the special rate shall be an annual-
recurring rate during the currency of the loan and shall be
payable yearly on the 15th day of January in each and every
year during the currency of such loan, being a period of
fifteen (15) years, or until the loan is fully paid off.”
Certified that the above is a true and correct copy of a
resolution passed by the Tuakau Borough Council on 21
January 1960.

RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
Waikareao Bridge Supplementary Loan 1959, £12,000
PUBLIC notice is hereby given that, at a special meeting of
the Tauranga Borough Council held on 20 January 1960, the
following resolution was passed:
“That, pursuant to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956,
the Tauranga Borough Council hereby resolves as follows:
“That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on
the Waikareao Bridge Supplementary Loan 1959, £12,000,
authorised to be raised by the Tauranga Borough Council
under the above-mentioned Act for the purpose of completing
the undertakings of erecting a road and footbridge across the
Waikareao Estuary, the said Tauranga Borough Council hereby
makes a special rate of decimal nought five four pence
(·054d.) in the pound (£) upon the rateable value (on the
basis of the unimproved value) of all rateable property in
the Borough of Tauranga; and that the special rate shall be
an annual-recurring rate during the currency of the loan and
be payable half yearly on the 1st day of March and the 1st
day of September (or yearly on the 1st day of September)
in each and every year during the currency of the loan, being
a period of 20 years, or until the loan is fully paid off.”

Housing Aged Loan 1959, £7,550
PUBLIC notice is hereby given that, at a special meeting of
the Tauranga Borough Council held on 20 January 1960, the
following resolution was passed:
“That, pursuant to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956,
the Tauranga Borough Council hereby resolves as follows:
“That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on
the Housing Aged Loan 1959, £7,550, authorised to be raised
by the Tauranga Borough Council under the above-mentioned
Act for the purpose of erecting flats for lease to aged bene-
ficiaries or persons in comparable circumstances, the said
Tauranga Borough Council hereby makes a special rate of
decimal nought two three pence (·023d.) in the pound (£)
upon the rateable value (on the basis of the unimproved
value) of all rateable property in the Borough of Tauranga;
and that the special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate
during the currency of the loan and be payable half yearly
on the 1st day of March and the 1st day of September (or
yearly on the 1st day of September) in each and every year
during the currency of the loan, being a period of 30 years,
or until the loan is fully paid off.”

PUBLIC notice is hereby given that, at a special meeting of
the Tauranga Borough Council held on 20 January 1960, the
following resolution was passed:
“That, pursuant to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956,
the Tauranga Borough Council hereby resolves as follows:
“That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on
the Abattoir Additional Loan No. 2, 1959, £2,150, authorised
to be raised by the Tauranga Borough Council under the
above-mentioned Act for the purpose of meeting a deficiency
in the Abattoir Chiller Loan 1958 and for the erection of staff
facilities at the Tauranga Municipal Abattoir, the said Tauranga
Borough Council hereby makes a special rate of decimal
nought nought eight pence (·008d.) in the pound (£) upon
the rateable value (on the basis of the unimproved value)
of all rateable property in the Borough of Tauranga; and that
the special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the
currency of the loan and be payable half yearly on the 1st
day of March and the 1st day of September (or yearly on
the 1st day of September) in each and every year during the
currency of the loan, being a period of 15 years, or until the
loan is fully paid off.”
